If your order is damaged or has not arrived:

  • For damaged items, please send me a picture of the damaged item(s) within 3 days of receiving your order. I will be happy to replace them for you. After the 3 days, I will not be able to offer the replacement or refund.

  • For lost orders that show In Transit: I will replace or refund your order after 30 days. This is to allow time for me to contact the post office and in case a package may be hung up somewhere in transit.


  • For orders that show Delivered:  Please insure that you have entered the correct mailing address.  Also, please contact your mail carrier and local post office.  Your package may have been delivered to the wrong address or scanned as delivered prematurely.  I do not replace or refund pieces that show delivered.
